SPNN is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for older and senior members of 2SLGBTQI+ communities in the Niagara Region. To continue our mission, we are actively seeking individuals to fill key roles on our board, including two Co-chairs, a Treasurer, and a Secretary.

As a board member, you will have the opportunity to contribute your skills, passion, and expertise to make a meaningful impact on the lives of 2SLGBTQI+ seniors in our community.

Your involvement will play a crucial role in shaping SPNN’s initiatives, programs, and outreach efforts.

Open Positions:


Co-Chairs (2 positions):
Lead and facilitate board meetings

Collaborate with fellow board members to set strategic goals

Represent SPNN in the community


Oversee financial matters and budgets

Provide financial reports to the board

Ensure compliance with financial regulations


Maintain accurate records of board meetings

Handle official correspondence and communication

Support administrative tasks as needed


Passion for supporting older and senior 2SLGBTQI+ individuals

Strong communication and organizational skills

Commitment to SPNN’s mission and values

Previous board or volunteer experience
